Service Agreement
Terms of Service between Hasrin Pay and Tenants

Important Notice
By purchasing a plan and using Hasrin Pay's platform, you ("Tenant") agree to be bound by this Service Agreement. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
- "Hasrin Pay" refers to the VTU platform service provider
- "Tenant" refers to the business or individual purchasing and using the platform
- "Platform" refers to the white-label VTU software, infrastructure, and services
- "End Users" refers to the Tenant's customers who use the Tenant's platform
- "Services" refers to VTU services (airtime, data, bills), USSD, AI features, etc.
2. Service Provision
2.1 Platform Access
Hasrin Pay grants Tenant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for the duration of the subscription period.
2.2 Services Included
- White-label VTU platform (web, mobile apps, USSD)
- Custom domain and branding
- AI-powered features (onboarding, customer support)
- Payment gateway integration
- Admin dashboard and reporting
- Technical support and maintenance
2.3 Uptime Guarantee
Hasrin Pay guarantees 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 License Fees
Tenant agrees to pay the one-time license fee or recurring subscription fee as per the selected plan.
3.2 No Transaction Fees
Hasrin Pay does not charge any transaction fees on VTU or payment transactions. Tenant retains 100% of their revenue. Tenant is responsible for any fees charged by their third-party payment gateways and VTU API providers.
3.3 Refund Policy
License fees are non-refundable once the platform is activated. Refunds may be considered within 7 days if no services have been used.
4. Tenant Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance
Tenant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including KYC/AML requirements.
4.2 End User Support
Tenant is responsible for providing customer support to their End Users. Hasrin Pay provides technical support to Tenant only.
4.3 Content & Branding
Tenant is responsible for their own branding, marketing materials, and content. Tenant must not misrepresent the platform or engage in fraudulent activities.
4.4 Security
Tenant must maintain secure admin credentials and promptly report any security incidents to Hasrin Pay.
5. Hasrin Pay Responsibilities
5.1 Platform Maintenance
Hasrin Pay will maintain, update, and secure the Platform infrastructure.
5.2 Technical Support
Hasrin Pay provides technical support to Tenant via email, phone, or chat during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM WAT, Monday-Friday).
5.3 Data Security
Hasrin Pay implements industry-standard security measures to protect Tenant and End User data.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1 Data Ownership
Tenant owns all data related to their business and End Users. Hasrin Pay acts as a data processor.
6.2 Data Usage
Hasrin Pay may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and platform improvements.
6.3 Data Export
Tenant may request a full export of their data at any time. Upon termination, Tenant has 30 days to export data before deletion.
7. Termination
7.1 By Tenant
Tenant may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days written notice. No refunds for unused subscription periods.
7.2 By Hasrin Pay
Hasrin Pay may terminate immediately if Tenant violates this agreement, engages in fraud, or fails to pay fees.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, Tenant's access to the Platform will be revoked. End Users will no longer be able to access Tenant's platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hasrin Pay's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by Tenant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hasrin Pay is not liable for:
- Losses due to third-party service failures (payment gateways, VTU providers, network operators)
- Tenant's misuse of the Platform or violation of laws
- Disputes between Tenant and End Users
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain with Hasrin Pay. Tenant receives only a license to use, not ownership.
Tenant retains ownership of their branding, content, and business data.
10. Amendments
Hasrin Pay may update this agreement with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration Nigeria.

By completing payment and activating your platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement.
